IJCS and Word of Life church had combined worship service on August 10th. 15 August is Korean independent day and Japanese Surrender memorial day. Japan also remember 6 August is for Hiroshima and 9 August is for Nagasaki atomic bamb memorial day. We remember peace in August and remind never repeat war in future. Word of Life Korean church has worship at 10:00 and 12:00. As a country, Japan and Korea had been tention these days regarding "comfort woman" 's matter and Japan and Korea border problems. Under Japanese colonical occupation between 1910-1945, Korean people received suffering and discriminated. But Korean churches are sending many missionaries to Japan. And there are many Korean pastors in Japanese churhes and they are respected to take leadership in Japanese churches.
